I had a pretty good stay at this hotel overall. The location is fantastic, being just a short distance from ski areas and the train station. The rooms were clean and had a certain charm that set them apart from typical hotel rooms. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who went out of their way to help. However, I found the dining options a bit limited, especially during breakfast, which was a downside for me.

Dining was decent, with a European buffet breakfast that filled me up for the day, but I felt the variety could use some improvement. A few more options would have been great.

Facilities were alright. They had everything you’d expect for a ski hotel, but nothing particularly luxurious. A bit more attention to amenities would be appreciated.

The hotel offered a wonderful stay with clean and spacious rooms that were a refreshing change from the usual. The staff was generally friendly and accommodating, which made the experience enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center, but it could get a bit quiet at night. Dining could use some improvement, as it was mostly average. Overall, it felt like good value for money, but some could find the service a little inconsistent.

I had a pretty good experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the town center and close to the ski lifts – I really appreciated that. The rooms are cozy and overlook the gardens, which was nice and relaxing. Unfortunately, the service felt a bit tense at times, and the dining options were standard but sufficient for a day of skiing. Overall, it was a decent deal for the price, but there is definitely room for improvement.

The hotel was a great spot for our ski trip, with a spacious and dog-friendly room that allowed us to hit the slopes right away. The staff was wonderful and always ready to help, though some issues with the service coordination left us a bit frustrated. The location was fantastic, very central and convenient for skiing. However, the dining experience was a letdown, as the breakfast offerings were quite poor in quality.

However, I found the dining experience lacking, particularly in the quality of the food and breakfast options.
